About

Built in Charlotte, for stores like the ones down the street.

Independent jewelers are among the last retailers who still do everything: sell, size, repair, appraise, buy gold, special-order, and remember what a customer’s wife wore to the anniversary party. The software sold to them mostly does one of those things well and the rest badly.

GoldsmithOS was built the other way around — designed with working jewelers in a multi-store operation, module by module, against real days rather than a feature list. It is built by Pro eMarketing LLC, a software studio in Charlotte, North Carolina.

It is a young product and we say so plainly. What we will not do is put a testimonial or a customer logo on this page that we haven’t earned.

How we build it

The store is the spec

Every module started as a thing someone does at a counter or a bench, written down before any code was. If a screen doesn't match how the work is actually done, the screen is wrong.

One record, seen many ways

A customer is not a POS record and a separate email list entry and a name on a repair envelope. Duplication is where trust in a system goes to die.

Boring where it counts

Money, customer data, and compliance records get the unglamorous treatment: signature verification, fail-closed defaults, audit trails, and no clever shortcuts.

Quiet by design

Software for a jewelry store should feel like the store — uncluttered, well lit, nothing shouting. Your staff should be able to learn it in a shift.

Come see whether it fits.

If you run one store or seven, a walkthrough takes about half an hour and we'll use your workflow, not ours.
