What it runs

Every part of the store, on one set of records.

Organized the way the building is, because that’s how the work is organized. A customer, a repair, a piece of stock, and a payout are each one record — seen differently from the counter, the bench, and the back office, but never duplicated between them.

Front of house

The customer is standing in front of you, or about to be.

Storefront

A public site tied to real inventory — not a catalog someone has to remember to update. Products, collections, and store hours come from the same records the back office edits.

Appointments

Customers book consultations, sizings, and pickups against real staff availability, per location. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own.

Customers

One record per person across every store — purchase history, repairs, sizes, anniversaries, preferences. The associate who has never met them can still greet them like they have.

The bench

Something came in broken and has to leave right.

Repair intake

Photograph the piece, record the condition, quote the work, print the tag. The customer signs off on the estimate before a jeweler touches it.

Bench queue

Every job on one board — who has it, what stage it's in, what it's waiting on, when it was promised. Nothing lives in a drawer or a jeweler's head.

Status to the customer

They get a link, not a phone call. Diagnosis, approval, ready-for-pickup — each stage messages them automatically, and every message is consent-checked first.

The gold desk

Someone walked in with a bag of scrap and wants a number.

Live spot pricing

Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium refreshed on a schedule, so the offer you make at 4pm reflects the market at 4pm.

Melt calculation

Weight and karat in, offer out, with your margin applied consistently by whoever is at the desk. The math is the same for every customer and every employee.

Payout record

Seller identification, item description, and the offer are captured at the counter and kept — the record your state's precious-metals reporting rules expect you to have.

Back office

The part nobody sees and everybody feels.

Inventory

Stock across all locations, with transfers, memo, and the ability to answer 'do we have it, and which store' without a phone tree.

Orders

Special orders and custom work tracked from deposit to delivery, with payment collected through Stripe and reconciled against the order.

Marketing

Email and SMS to segments built from what customers actually did, not a spreadsheet export. Opt-out state is enforced at send time, not at list-build time.

Tasks & SOPs

The opening checklist, the case-count procedure, the trade-show packing list. Written once, assigned automatically, checked off with a name attached.

Headquarters

You own more than one of these.

One console

Every store in a single view, or one store at a time. Switching locations is a click, not a separate login and a separate database.

Roles that match the org chart

An owner sees everything. A store manager sees their store. A bench jeweler sees the bench. Enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.

Reporting that rolls up

Compare locations on the numbers that matter — repair turnaround, gold desk margin, appointment conversion, sell-through — without exporting anything.

Underneath all of it

Tenant isolation in the database

Row-level security scopes every table to an organization and a store. A misrouted query returns nothing rather than someone else's data.

Integrations fail closed

Every webhook verifies its signature against the raw request body. A missing key produces a loud error, never a silently skipped check.

Messaging is consent-gated

Texts run through a registered A2P 10DLC messaging service, and opt-out state is checked at the moment of send.

Nothing is a black box

Who changed what, and when, is recorded — for repairs, offers, inventory, and money.
