Privacy notice

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, store name, number of locations, the system you currently use if you choose to say, and your message. Nothing is collected from you passively — this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and does not fingerprint your browser.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to prepare a walkthrough or quote. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Who else touches it

• Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a limited period.
• Resend delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox.

Both act as processors on our behalf. No one else receives your submission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your choices

Write to info@goldsmithos.com to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will act within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, this is how you exercise them; we do not require a specific form.

Children

This is a business product. The site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date above changes with it.
