What this site is
Marketing information about GoldsmithOS, published by Pro eMarketing LLC. Descriptions of modules and capabilities are provided for evaluation. They are not a specification, a service commitment, or an offer, and the product changes as it is developed. What you are entitled to is whatever your signed agreement says.

Tier descriptions on the pricing page outline what is typically included. A binding price applies only once we have quoted it to you in writing for your specific number of locations.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit content through the contact form that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to send. If you believe you have found a security issue, tell us at info@goldsmithos.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.
Ownership
The GoldsmithOS name, mark, site design, and copy belong to Pro eMarketing LLC. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not reproduce the brand or design as your own.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
North Carolina law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts sitting in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above tells you when they last changed; continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
